There is a one-time enrollment fee of $99 per individual or $199 per family if enrolled in the same month.
Pricing is based on annual enrollment. A 25% surcharge is applied to monthly payments.
Family Memberships:
TWO family members: $250/mo,
THREE or more: $220/mo for first 2 members; $65/mo for each additional member.
Monthly surcharge is waived when more than one family member enrolls
at the same time.
A Credit Card is requested to complete enrollment. Your card will not be charged until we contact you to confirm your enrollment.
